Nehemy Manigat

I was born to Haitian parents in Miami, Fl. My nationality is extremely important because it heavily shapes the man I am today. Haitian culture is full of art, music, dancing, and knowledge- all of which I’m passionate about. Art influences both my work and my day-to-day life. As a visual artist- photography and videography- and as a person in the digital marketing space, artistry of all sorts inspire me and my creative vision. I try to weave together the power of imagery and storytelling to share different captivating stories with anyone who will listen. Along with my culture, being firmly rooted in my Christian beliefs and morals keeps me grounded. Without these and the countless people in my life, I would be a mere shell of the man I am now.

Breona Manigat

I was born and raised in Southern California. Being from Cali, although I always lived in the less known towns, there is so much influence around you to become someone. From a young age, I fell in love with the art of makeup. I have now turned that passion into profession. Doing makeup for me isn't about covering the flaws of others but using the makeup to magnify the beauty that already exists. I also work full time as an ASL interpreter and volunteer in my community. My goal in life is to help others around me look and feel their best. Being a Christian as well as the positive influence of my family and friends around me has definitely shaped me into the woman I am today and keeps me going everyday!
